Creamy Chicken ItalianOH!

Implements:
Craahhk Paahht (okay, slow cooker)!, meat cutting knife, stirring spoon. Oh! and a Rice Cooker.

Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 8oz package Cream Cheese (yum!)
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 package dry Italian Dressing Mix
  • 3 cups dry Rice
  • 3 - 4 cups Water

Crock pot (or slow cooker if you like it better that way), Cup measure, & a spoon of your choosing.

Ingredients:
  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breastststs (ts!)
  • 1 Packet Taco seasoning
  • 2 Cups Salsa

Incredibly Easy & Versatile Puff Pastry Dough

Implements:
Medium bowl, butter knife, pastry cutter/blender (or a fork...or your hands), a fork (don't ask my dad to say this), & plastic wrap.

Ingredients: (notice their descending measurements? Easy to remember!)
  • 1 1/2 Cup Flour (of the All-Purpose variety)
  • 1 Cup (=2 sticks) Butter, cold
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream

The Birth of Pumpkin Muffin

Implements
Small bowl, large bowl, 2 x whisksksks, muffin pan, cooking spray, & skewer

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 Cup Flour (all-purpose)
  • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin puree (not the pumpkin pie mix!), solidly packed
  • 1/3 Cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin-pie spice
  • 1 1/4 Cup Sugar (granulated)
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 cup Cinnamon + sugar mixture
